Each service is a pathway to growth, carefully designed to support your child's unique developmental journey
Our dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) develop and implement completely individualized therapy plans in the setting where your child is most comfortable. This naturalistic approach helps children generalize skills more effectively for lasting, meaningful progress.
We view parents as essential partners in their child's success. Our coaching services are designed to provide you with a deep understanding of behavioral principles and arm you with effective, evidence-based strategies to manage challenging behaviors, teach new skills, and support your child every day.
A child's success is a team effort. We offer expert staff training and ongoing consultative support to create a consistent and holistic support system for children with neurodiversities. We also help bridge the gap between therapy, school, and other services by collaborating with educators, Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs), and Occupational Therapists (OTs).
Navigating a new diagnosis or the daily challenges of raising a neurodivergent child? At Branch and Beacon, we are here to serve as your family's guiding light and source of hope. We specialize in early intervention (ages 1-6), providing high-quality care that blends the science of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) with the joy of play. This dedicated, one-on-one therapy is provided in the home- where you and your child are most comfortable.
We believe learning blossoms when it's joyful and motivated from within. By following your child's lead, celebrating their unique strengths, and connecting through play, we create natural moments for them to learn, grow, and flourish. Founder & Clinical Director
Welcome– I’m so glad you’re here! For more than 12 years, I've had the privilege of working in the field of ABA. I earned my Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and have spent the last 7 years as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) working across home, school, clinic, and community settings. My practice is rooted in a compassionate, whole-child approach that presumes competency. I believe that true progress happens when a child feels safe, understood, and happy. That's why I intentionally incorporate play, sensory integration, and emotional regulation into my practice. As a Level 4 PFA-SBT certified clinician, I focus on understanding what makes your child light up and use those unique interests to build critical new skills in a way that is respectful, fun, and empowering.
We feel fortunate to have crossed paths with Annie so early on in our Autism journey. We didn't realize at the time that we were working with the absolute BEST! Our son made incredible progress with her. She obviously has the education and credentials, but she really identifies the individual needs of the children she works with. Most importantly our son felt seen, respected, and understood, which is all a parent could ask for. We highly recommend working with Annie if/when given the opportunity.
Annie supported both of our girls diagnosed with autism from the time they were younger than two years old. We've now had experience with others since we moved, and while fantastic, I can confidently promise Annie is head and shoulders above anyone else. She's extremely proactive, accountable, and works as a true partner. She's trained us to be the best supporters for our children as much as she worked with our girls. Being a parent of a child with autism can feel extremely isolating and scary because you feel like you have no roadmap, or can turn to anyone since every child on the spectrum is so different. She made us feel like there is a clear lit path, which completely changed our mindset and our outlook more broadly. She's organized, diligent and caring. I've broken down with her more than once, and always felt safe and supported. I can't recommend her highly enough. If we could work with her forever, we would. In a heartbeat. We should all be so fortunate to have an Annie in our lives.
Working with Annie was life-changing for our family. She met my son with patience, creativity, and deep understanding. She always saw his potential, not just his challenges. Annie blends strategy and compassion seamlessly, creating individualized plans that truly work while keeping therapy fun and engaging. She empowered us as parents, explained every strategy, and celebrated every small win alongside us. Because of Annie, my son made incredible progress in communication, behavior, and confidence!

We provide several core services:
This depends on the service you are seeking and your method of payment. We offer different paths to support your family, depending on your specific needs.
For Insurance-Based ABA Therapy: To use health insurance to pay for one-on-one ABA therapy, most insurance plans do require a formal autism diagnosis from a qualified medical professional.
For Private-Pay Services: A formal diagnosis is not required for our private-pay services, including parent coaching and consultation. These services are available to any family who feels they could benefit from support and guidance.
If you don’t have a formal diagnosis or are unsure of where to begin, complete the Autism screening tool below. If needed, we will walk you through next steps in receiving a formal evaluation.
Branch & Beacon has partnered with Alpaca Health as our trusted administrative team. They handle all the "back office" operations for our practice, including insurance verification, billing, and intake. This partnership allows us to dedicate 100% of our focus to what truly matters: providing direct, high-quality, and individualized care for your child and family.
